What is the Reboot Button?
The reboot button lets you send a request to restart the contactless/telemetry device remotely, so you don’t need to be physically in front of the machine. This is helpful for devices that are hard to reach or located in places where visits may be difficult to arrange. However, please note that in some cases, someone may still need to be present at the machine if the remote reboot doesn’t work.
Restricted Access
The reboot button is available to Super Users and above.
Navigating to the Machine Information Summary page
To send a reboot request to a device, you must first load the Machine Information Summary page. You can do this by searching for the machine in the top-right corner and then selecting it from the results.
Supported Device Types for Reboot
A reboot request can be made for the following device types:
NANO
TRIO
ULTRA
You can confirm your device type by checking the Contactless/Telemetry Serial on the Machine Information Summary page. Next to the device serial number within the telemetry section, the model will be shown in brackets.
If the Reboot Button Is Not Visible

Sending the Reboot Request
Once the Machine Information Summary page has loaded, scroll down to locate the Telemetry section.

Within the Telemetry section, you will find a Reboot button on the right-hand side. Select this button to initiate the reboot process.

A prompt will appear asking you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the reboot. Select “OK” to send the reboot request, or “Cancel” to stop the action.

After selecting Reboot, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the request has been successfully sent.
